Ingredients :-
- Lemon - 1/2kg
- Chilli powder - 4-5tbsp
- Salt - 150gm
- Turmeric powder - 4-5tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds - 2tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 2tbsp
- Asafoetida/hing - 1/2tbsp
- Mustard Oil - 1 cup
Method :-
- Wash the lemon and wipe it with a cloth,there should not be any moisture in the lemons.
- Then chopped the lemons into small pieces (8-12 pieces from a lemon)
- Take a pan then dry roast the mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds to a nice golden colour on slow flame,then grind to make a powder.
- Then take a big bowl add chopped lemons,turmeric powder, chilli powder,2 lemon juice , the ground spice powder and mix well.
- Then heat the mustard oil (medium heat) and add it into the lemon mixture and mix it nicely. Then transfer it into a jar.
- Cover the jar and keep aside for a month,so the lemon skin will become soft due to salt and oil.
- Keep shaking the jar once in a day and keep the jar in sunlight for few hours daily for approx 2 -3 weeks .
- Then keep the jar with tite lid and have the pickle with paratha or rice.your mouth watering yummy lemon pickle is ready to eat.
Ingredients :-
- Black Grapes - 1/2kg
- Sugar - 1cup or as per your requirment
- Black salt - 1 pinch (optional)
- Lemon juice - 1tbsp
- Water as per requirement
- Soda water - 1cup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Method :-
- Wash the black grapes well with water and drain it.
- Then add the grapes and sugar in to the blender and blend it nicely until it became smooth juice.
- Then strain the juice into a big bowl using the strainer , With a spoon press the pulp in the strainer well,so that all the juice will drained properly.
- Then add some water into the juice, add the black salt,lemon juice and mix it properly. Then taste it if the sugar is less then add little more sugar and mix well.
- Then serve the black grapes juice with adding some ice cubes into a glasses/mug , if u want you can add little soda water while serving in the glasses

Ingredients :-
- Raw mango - 2 medium sized
- Sugar - 1cup(as per your requirment you can increase sugar)
- Black salt - 1tbsp
- Salt - 1tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder - 1tbsp
- Mint leaves - 1/2cup chopped
- Black pepper - 1tbsp
- Ginger - a small piece
- Ice cubes for serving
- Water as per requirement
Method :-
- Wash the mangoes then peel the skin and put it into th pressure cooker with adding,chopped ginger,black pepper and 2cup of water let it be cooked with 5-6 whistles.
- After that switch off the flame and let it cool down and put it into the big bowl and squeeze all the pulp from the mango and keep aside.
- Then take the blending jar and add the mango pulp,the water with black pepper and ginger,then add the sugar,mint leaves and Blend it properly to make smooth juices.
- Strain it into the bowl, then add the salt,black salt,cumin powder and mix it properly then transfer it into the jar.
- If you want you can increase the sugar quantity.

Ingredients:-
- Urad Dal - 2cup
- Semolina/rawa/Sujii - 1/2cup
- Baking powder - a pinch
- Onion - 2nobs chopped finely
- Curry leaves - 2string chopped
- Green chilli - 2-3chopped
- Ginger - 1tbsp finely chopped (optional)
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt as per taste
Method :-
- Wash the urad Dal properly and soak it for overnight or 5-6hour.
- Then grind the soaked Dal to make a thick batter with very little water if required.
- Then remove it to a big bowl and add semolina,baking powder,salt and mix it nicely. After that add the chopped onions,ginger,green chilli,curry leaves and again give it a good mix and rest it for few minutes (10-12mints).
- Then heat oil into a pan and check it once the oil is hot then take small portions into your hand and give it to vada shape and very slowly put it into the oil.( At a time you can prepare 4-5 vada.)
- Let it cook with medium flame and in between turn it and let it cook from inside . Cook it until it became light brown and crispy.
- Then remove it into the kitchen napkin to remove excess oil.
- In the same process you use and prepare your all vada.know vada is ready to eat.
- Serve hot with any chutney/sauce/samber and enjoy your snacks /Breakfast.
Ingredients :-
- Thick curd - 400ml
- Jagrey - 1/2cup
- Fresh cream - 200ml
- Condensed milk - 100ml
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Handful of chopped nuts (Almonds and pistachios) for serving decoration.
Method :-
- First we will prepare hung curd for that take a sieve on a big bowl or you can use a muslin cloth .
- Take the curd and put it into the sieve or muslin cloth directly and keep it aside for 20-25 mints or until it drained the water completely.
- Curd will turn into more thick and creamy like consistency.
- Now take the thick curd into a bowl Then add cream,condensed milk then add the half jaggery into it and mix it slowly,once the mixture is little easy to handle start whisking, then add rest of the jaggery and mix it properly to make a smooth batter, then add the cardamom powder and mix it nicely till the jaggery dissolved completely.
- Then put the curd mixture into a oven safe bowls,or you can use the ceramic cup also.
- Then tap the bowls 2-3times gently to remove the air bubbles.
- Then arrange the bowls/cups into a large baking try/pan.
- Now we will do baking before that fill half of the try with hot water and cover top of the each cup or bowl neatly with aluminium foil.
- Then bake the curd in preheated oven for 30-35mints at 170c.
- Once it done then bring it to room temperature and then refrigerate it for 10-15mints.
- Now your Bhapa Mishti Doi /Steamed Sweet Curd is ready to eat.
- Serve cold garnishing with some chopped nuts and enjoy.

- Chicken - 1/2kg
- Onion - 2 medium sized
- Ginger and garlic crushed - 2tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tbsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2tbsp (optional)
- Fresh crushed black pepper - 2tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Salt as per taste
- Oil - 2-3tbsp
- Tomato - 2 medium sized chopped
- Dry chilli - 2 pieces
- Garam masala powder 1/2tbsp (optional)
- Fennel seeds - 1tbsp
Method :-
- Wash the chicken pieces properly and keep it aside.
- Then take a pan add oil for hot then the fennel seeds ,dry red chilli and sauté it for few minutes.
- Now add the curry leaves and sliced onions,again sauté it for few minutes till the onions are transparent.
- Then add the crushed ginger and garlic,sauté it for few minutes (5-8mint)then add the washed chicken and mix it nicely.
- Then add the chilli powder ,turmeric powder,salt,chopped tomatoes and 1tbsp of crushed black pepper and mix well.
- Then cover it with lid and let it cook for 15-20mints with medium flame,till the chicken cooked properly,in between Keep mixing.
- When it will be cooked properly then finally add the garam masala and another 1tbsp of crushed black pepper and mix it properly till the chicken are well cooked and it became dry.
- Then switch off the flame,garnished with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice/chapati and enjoy.
Ingredients :-
- Cauliflower -1 medium size
- All purpose flour - 1/2cup
- Egg - 2
- Baking powder -1/2tbsp
- Mix herb - 1/2tbsp
- Crushed black pepper powder - 1/2tbsp
- Crushed Garlic - 1tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Oil - 1/2cup
- Green chili chopped -1tbsp (optional)
Method :-
- First cut the cauliflower into medium peace and wash it properly.
- Then take a large pan add some water with 1 tbsp of salt and let it boil then add the chopped cauliflower allow it for half cooked .
- Then strain the water and let it cool,then make it half crushed and keep it aside.
- Then take another bowl and add all purpose flour,egg,baking powder,mix herb,crushed black pepper,garlic,salt and mix it properly .
- Then add the crushed boiled cauliflower and mix it properly to make a thick paste.
- Now take a pan add little oil,once oil is hot then take 1 full tbsp of cauliflower mixture and put it on pan and give it like a patties shape.
- At a time you can make 2-3 in a pan. then fry it with medium flame till golden brown from both sides.Same process follow to prepare all pan cake.
- Then serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Ingredients :-
- Onion - 2medium sized
- Garlic cloves - 1-2
- Red chillies - 2-3
- Tamarind paste - 1tbsp
- Tomato - 1small sized (optional)
- Salt as per taste
- Oil - 3tbsp
- Chana Dal - 1tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1string
Method :-
- Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan,add the chana Dal and sauté it for few minutes till it became golden brown with low flame.
- Then add the red chilli and sauté it for few minutes,now add the chopped onion,garlic clove and sauté it for few minutes.
- Then add the chopped tomatoes,salt and mix it properly and sauté it for again few minutes till it became little transparent with low flame.
- Then switch off the flame and let the onion mixture become cool down.
- Then take the blender and put the onion mixture into the blender and add the tamarind paste and blend it nicely to make smooth paste and keep it aside.(if you need you can add little water)
- Then heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan,once oil is hot add the mustard seeds and let it crackle then add the curry leaves and sauté it few minutes with low flame till the curry leaves are became crispy.
- Then switch off the flame and add the tempering mixture into the chutney and mix it nicely.
- Now your onion chutney is ready to serve.serve it with Idli/Dosa and enjoy your breakfast.

- Cauliflower - 1medium sized
- Onion - 2 medium sized
- Capsicum - 1medium sized cut into cubes
- Green chilli - 1 or 2
- Garlic - 2tbsp finely chopped
- Ginger - 1tbsp finely chopped
- Oil as per requirement
- Salt as per taste
- Corn flour -1/2 cup
- Plain flour - 1tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1tbsp
- Soya sauce - 1tbsp
- Red chilli sauce - 1tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 2tbsp
- Vinegar
- Spring onions - 1tbsp chopped
- Coriander leaves - 1tbsp chopped
Method :-
- Cut the cauliflower into medium pieces,wash it properly and put it into the hot water for 5-10mints then strain it and keep it aside.
- Now take another bowl for preparing the batter with cornflour,plain flour,chilli powder and little salt. Mix together with some water to make a batter.
- Then Dip the cauliflower pieces into the batter and deep fry it with hot oil until golden brown then keep it aside.
- Then take another pan add some oil and let it hot then add the chopped ginger and garlic, saute it for few minutes.
- Now add the chopped green chilli and onions,sauté it till the onions become soft.
- Then add the chopped capsicum, mix it properly and sauté it for few minutes then add the vinegar with all sauce adding with little salt and mix them well.
- Now add the fried cauliflower and mix them properly,make sure the cauliflower pieces are well coated with the sauce. Then cover it with lid and let it cook for 5mints with low flame.
- Then remove it from heat and serve hot garnished with spring onions or chopped coriander leaves.
- Chilli Gobi is ready to eat and enjoy.
Ingredients : -
- Wheat flour - 2cup
- Boiled potatoes - 2medium sized
- Coriander leaves -2tbsp chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder - 1/2tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tbsp
- Oil - for deep fry
Method :-
- First peel the boiled potatoes mash them properly and keep it aside.
- Then add the chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,coriander leaves ,little oil into the potato and mix it nicely .
- Then add the wheat flour and mix it,after this add water slowly and knead it properly to make a soft dough.
- Then cover the dough and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes to set.
- After 15mints then again knead the dough once again and take a small small portions make into small balls.
- Then add little oil and roll the dough balls to make the Puri shape and keep it aside.
- Then take a frying pan and add oil for deep fry.
- Check it once the oil is heated well, then drop the Puri into the oil. To puff up the Puri,press it gently with the ladle.
- Flip the side of the Puri and continue frying till golden brown.
- Fry the other poori similarly till golden brown and keep it aside.
- Then transfer the puri's in to the plate and serve hot with any chutney or gravy and enjoy.
