Sugar - 1cup(as per your requirment you can increase sugar)
Black salt - 1tbsp
Salt - 1tbsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1tbsp
Mint leaves - 1/2cup chopped
Black pepper - 1tbsp
Ginger - a small piece
Ice cubes for serving
Water as per requirement
Method :-
Wash the mangoes then peel the skin and put it into th pressure cooker with adding,chopped ginger,black pepper and 2cup of water let it be cooked with 5-6 whistles.
After that switch off the flame and let it cool down and put it into the big bowl and squeeze all the pulp from the mango and keep aside.
Then take the blending jar and add the mango pulp,the water with black pepper and ginger,then add the sugar,mint leaves and Blend it properly to make smooth juices.
Strain it into the bowl, then add the salt,black salt,cumin powder and mix it properly then transfer it into the jar.
If you want you can increase the sugar quantity.
Your Drinks Aam ka Panna is ready to drink . Serve it cold with ice cube and mint leave.
You can store it 1-2days with refrigerator and enjoy your summer Drinks.
