Ingredients :-
- Black Grapes - 1/2kg
- Sugar - 1cup or as per your requirment
- Black salt - 1 pinch (optional)
- Lemon juice - 1tbsp
- Water as per requirement
- Soda water - 1cup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Method :-
- Wash the black grapes well with water and drain it.
- Then add the grapes and sugar in to the blender and blend it nicely until it became smooth juice.
- Then strain the juice into a big bowl using the strainer , With a spoon press the pulp in the strainer well,so that all the juice will drained properly.
- Then add some water into the juice, add the black salt,lemon juice and mix it properly. Then taste it if the sugar is less then add little more sugar and mix well.
- Then serve the black grapes juice with adding some ice cubes into a glasses/mug , if u want you can add little soda water while serving in the glasses
- You very refreshing Black Grapes juice is ready to drink and enjoy....
Ingredients :-
- Raw mango - 2 medium sized
- Sugar - 1cup(as per your requirment you can increase sugar)
- Black salt - 1tbsp
- Salt - 1tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder - 1tbsp
- Mint leaves - 1/2cup chopped
- Black pepper - 1tbsp
- Ginger - a small piece
- Ice cubes for serving
- Water as per requirement
Method :-
- Wash the mangoes then peel the skin and put it into th pressure cooker with adding,chopped ginger,black pepper and 2cup of water let it be cooked with 5-6 whistles.
- After that switch off the flame and let it cool down and put it into the big bowl and squeeze all the pulp from the mango and keep aside.
- Then take the blending jar and add the mango pulp,the water with black pepper and ginger,then add the sugar,mint leaves and Blend it properly to make smooth juices.
- Strain it into the bowl, then add the salt,black salt,cumin powder and mix it properly then transfer it into the jar.
- If you want you can increase the sugar quantity.
- Your Drinks Aam ka Panna is ready to drink . Serve it cold with ice cube and mint leave.
- You can store it 1-2days with refrigerator and enjoy your summer Drinks.
Ingredients:-
- Urad Dal - 2cup
- Semolina/rawa/Sujii - 1/2cup
- Baking powder - a pinch
- Onion - 2nobs chopped finely
- Curry leaves - 2string chopped
- Green chilli - 2-3chopped
- Ginger - 1tbsp finely chopped (optional)
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt as per taste
Method :-
- Wash the urad Dal properly and soak it for overnight or 5-6hour.
- Then grind the soaked Dal to make a thick batter with very little water if required.
- Then remove it to a big bowl and add semolina,baking powder,salt and mix it nicely. After that add the chopped onions,ginger,green chilli,curry leaves and again give it a good mix and rest it for few minutes (10-12mints).
- Then heat oil into a pan and check it once the oil is hot then take small portions into your hand and give it to vada shape and very slowly put it into the oil.( At a time you can prepare 4-5 vada.)
- Let it cook with medium flame and in between turn it and let it cook from inside . Cook it until it became light brown and crispy.
- Then remove it into the kitchen napkin to remove excess oil.
- In the same process you use and prepare your all vada.know vada is ready to eat.
- Serve hot with any chutney/sauce/samber and enjoy your snacks /Breakfast.
