Ingredients : -
- Fish egg - 250gm
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 1 large
- Garlic (chopped) - 1tbsp
- Green chilli (chopped) - 1tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2tbsp
- Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1tbsp
- Cooking oil for fry
- Salt as per your taste
Method : -
- Take one bowl and add all the ingredients with fish egg except oil and mix it properly like little thick gravy and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and after that take a full tbsp of prepared fish egg mixture and gently put into the hot oil one by one.
- Fry it on medium flame for a minutes from both side.
- Fry the pakoras on medium flame till it turns golden brown from both side.
- After that Take out the pakoras on the kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.
- It's ready to eat so serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
