Ingredients: -
- Pineapple roughly chopped - 1/2 cup
- Ice cubes - 2 to 4
- Sugar - 4tbsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Salt - as required
- Soda water - 3tbsp
Method : -
- Take the pineapple pieces and put it in the pressure cooker and give it 1whistle until soft or you can stem it till it slightly soft.
- Then take the blender and put all the ingredients including cooked pineapple and blend it properly to make smoothies.
- Then pour it into the glasses with ice cubes and serve chilled.
