Ingredients : -
- Potatoes - 4 large peeled and cut into long strips.
- Salt as per taste
- Chilli powder - 1tbsp (you can increase as per your taste)
- Oil for deep frying
Method : -
- Heat water in a pan and add salt ,chilli powder to it and Bring it to boil.
- Now add the potatoes in to this and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain it in to the clothe and pat it dry.
- Take another pan and heat oil for deep frying over medium heat.
- Then add the potatoes and fry it in few batches for 5 minutes. Now put the heat to high flame and fry these potatoes till they turn golden brown.
- Now drain it into a paper and sprinkle with some salt and chilli powder.
- Now it's ready to serve with tamato ketchup.
Ingredients : -
- Green tea bags - 3 nobs
- Boiling water - 3cup
- Fresh Mint leaves - 1 bunch
- Sugar powdered - 1/2 cup
- Lime juice - 3tbsp
- Few ice cubes
Methods : -
- Take the bowl with water and put it on the flame and let it boil then on that put the tea bags and switch off the flame.
- On that add some mint leaves and make the rest it for 15-20mints so that the mint and tea flavour will come properly.
- After that remove the tea bags and the mint leaves on it .
- Next add the powdered sugar on it and mix it properly.
- Know put it in the fridge at least 2hours until chilled.
- After 2hour take it out and add the lemon juice and mix it.
- Finally decorate the ice tea glass with lots of ice cubes ,mint leaves with sliced lemon and serve chilled.
Ingredients: -
- Pineapple roughly chopped - 1/2 cup
- Ice cubes - 2 to 4
- Sugar - 4tbsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Salt - as required
- Soda water - 3tbsp
Method : -
- Take the pineapple pieces and put it in the pressure cooker and give it 1whistle until soft or you can stem it till it slightly soft.
- Then take the blender and put all the ingredients including cooked pineapple and blend it properly to make smoothies.
- Then pour it into the glasses with ice cubes and serve chilled.
